My name is Dr. Pontea Dianati, and my life’s path has been shaped by both the light and the shadow. I am a holistic coach, energy psychology practitioner, and soul mentor dedicated to guiding others through healing, awakening, and soul remembrance.
I was born in La Jolla, California, and at age three, my family and I moved to the small farming town of Kerman. My early education took place in Iran, where I was immersed in Farsi language, Persian values, and a rich cultural and spiritual heritage. I’ve always been drawn to the mystical—deeply in love with poetry, prayer, and the unseen world.
As a child, I endured a traumatic experience at age four, which awakened in me an ability to sense the undercurrents of pain and shadow within others. While this wound marked me deeply, it also opened a portal: I began to perceive the hidden energies of people and places, and I developed a profound sensitivity to both suffering and spirit. Even as a young girl, I would talk to God constantly—I didn’t know at the time that it was God, but I always felt a loving presence guiding me.
I went on to study psychology and education at UC Irvine, earning my Master’s in Teaching and then my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute for Human Science—a school known for bridging science and consciousness. Along the way, I worked in classrooms, clinics, trauma centers, and rehabs, supporting youth, families, and adults through complex healing journeys. I trained in evidence-based approaches while also offering energy healing, mindfulness, and soul-based group work.
The deepest turning point in my life came at age 35, when I had a near-death experience. I crossed through the veil and On the other side, I was met by a presence that made it undeniably clear: I had been hearing God’s voice all along. Everything I had sensed, followed, and shared intuitively was real. That experience brought a sacred confirmation and a powerful return. When I came back, I knew I could no longer separate my spiritual path from my professional one.
Today, I work with individuals, families, and sensitive youth through private soul coaching, energy psychology, and spiritual mentorship. I guide clients in integrating mystical experiences—such as psychedelic journeys, NDEs, or intuitive openings—and I help them reclaim their gifts with grace and groundedness. I also mentor new healers and coaches who are stepping into their calling.
My approach blends energy healing, chakra psychology, trauma-informed embodiment, Sufi mysticism, yoga therapy, sacred feminine studies, and shamanic wisdom. I teach from lived experience, academic depth, and divine guidance.
